Muslimah Fitnessis a sisters only fitness session, involving cardio, muscle strength and endurance training.

The sessions take place at Croydon ICT, in a dedicated and fully segregated sisters area, and this course is back by popular demand!

By partaking in this course, you will also receive a food diary with analysis and recommendation.

Entry requirements: All participants must complete a medical history questionnaire. Any injury’s must be cleared by your GP or a medical authority.

Fee: only £20 to join, and all funds raised will go towards the Masjid – helping us to cover our rising rent costs! So whilst you’ll be engaged in an act of Sunnah by keeping healthy, you will also be contributing to the establishment of The House of Allah!
